Two years ago, when fit20 started their gym center in our office building at Louiza, out of curiosity, we decided to give it a try. The attractive points for me are only 20 minutes per week plus sweat less and no dress code. We literally take the elevator down, do our exercises and go back to work.
That time, I was suffering from a terrible shoulder pain. Even though, I had been with physiotherapist many times, the situation was not improving. The coach told me, I should start slowly to give enough exercises to my shoulder. With the weekly training, week in week out, after about one year, I noticed that my shoulder pain disappeared.
Then slowly but surely, my condition has gradually improved as well, now I can easily walk between 5km to 10 km effortlessly. That makes my dog very happy.
The ultimate test of fit20 training came last year November, when I went for a two-day mountain tracking in China. Huangshan (Yellow Mountains) is known for high peaks and steep steps, some paths are abut 65degree steep, a lot of paths are between 30degrees to 45 degrees. The first day, I did 11,9 km going up the mountains. My Iwatch shows flights climbed 127 floors, according to the explanation “a flight of stairs is counted as approximately 3 meters (10 feet) of elevation gain (approximately 16 steps)”. The second day, I did 15,3km going down the mountains. In the past, I would never imagine to do such trip. Thanks to fit20, my physical condition has improved dramatically after two years of intensive workout.
I would recommend it to people like me who don’t like going to the fitness everyday but still want to improve their conditions.
