Due to the new Corona Regulations of the Belgium Government fit20 is unfortunately obliged to close again

The Government has decided on new Corona regulations as of Monday October 29th.

Therefore we are being forced to close all our studio's in Belgium again. Even though we and many of our clients totally agree that the fit20 training is perfectly safe. You train with your personal trainer, alone or with a partner, therefore maximum three people will be in the studio.

Because of the special technology no physical contact is needed, the 1,5 meter rule can always be kept. And training with a mask is perfectly possible, the movement is slow motion and short.We may hopefully welcome you back as of November 19th at fit20 for your weekly strength boost.

Our trainers help you stay motivated and coach you through the difficult spots. They pay attention to your posture to avoid injury. They also monitor your breathing, your exercise pace and rhythm, so you get the best results from your training. Finally, they record your performance every week to track your progress.
